  1. I have an older edition of the COBUILD Advanced Dictionary. Can I use myCOBUILD.com for free?

    If you have a copy of the 5th edition of the COBUILD Advanced Dictionary, please email support@collinsdictionaries.com. If you have an older edition of the COBUILD Advanced Dictionary, you can sign-up for the free trial by clicking here or you can subscribe to myCOBUILD.com by clicking here.

  2. I bought a copy of the COBUILD Advanced Dictionary last year. Do I really have to buy a new dictionary to use myCOBUILD.com?

  3. I do not have a copy of the COBUILD Advanced Dictionary. Can I use myCOBUILD.com?

    Yes. You can sign-up for the free trial by clicking here or you can subscribe to myCOBUILD.com by clicking here.
    You can also buy a copy of the COBUILD Advanced Dictionary that will allow use to use myCOBUILD.com for free by clicking here.

  4. I have a copy of the 6th edition of the COBUILD Advanced Dictionary, but I can't find the access code. Where is it?

    The access code is the number that is printed on the sticker on the inside cover of your dictionary.

  5. I have registered with the site, but I have not received an e-mail with my username and password.

    Please check your junk mail folder. If the e-mail is not there, please make sure that your e-mail spam settings will allow e-mails from collinsdictionaries.com, collinslanguage.com, collins.co.uk and harpercollins.co.uk.   6. I have bought a copy of the 6th edition of the COBUILD Advanced Dictionary and tried to register, but the site says I have an invalid code.

  7. I can't log in. When I try, the site says that my username or password is invalid.

  8. Can I change my password to something that is easier to remember?

    Yes. Please click on Your settings to change your password.

  9. Can I change my username?

    No. Your username is your email address and you cannot change it.

  10. Can I use myCOBUILD.com on Vista?

    Yes myCOBUILD.com will work on Microsoft™ Vista Home and above
